2016 ODBA Winter Meeting

Coming into Williamsburg on Friday night?

For those registered to attend the Meeting, please come by our Hospitality Suite at Kingsmill Resortlocated at 1010 Kingsmill Road in a Williamsburg. Join us for southern flared hors d'oeuvres and drinks from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you arrive later, still come. We will have light refreshments from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This reception is sponsored by LexisNexis.

Later this week we will provide the suite number by another email blast. Please note: If you are not staying at the Resort, you must email your name to hholland@suffolkva.us by 11:59 pm on January 27. Your name must be given to enter the gate of the Resort. Make sure you tell the attendant that you are a guest of the ODBA.  Also, you may find the room by asking for Helivi Holland or ODBA Suite, if necessary. 

Coming on Saturday for CLEs and the Meeting?

All events are held at College of William & Mary School of Law located at 613 S. Henry Street in Williamsburg. Registration opens at 8:15 am. The agenda, CLE Certification Form, and CLE materials may be found at www.olddominionbarassociation.com. CLEs for 4.5 (1.0) must be downloaded for your use during the sessions. There will be no printed material provided, unless indicated where you download your materials. We will advise later during the week if free wifi will be provided.

Our general body meeting will begin at 4:15 pm. Members, registered for the meeting or not, are asked to attend to discuss and vote on matters of concern.
