Old Dominion Bar Association
The Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (IILP) is having a Symposium on the State of Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession in Washington, D.C. at Baker & McKenzie on Wednesday, November 11th, from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM. The Old Dominion Bar Association has accepted the invitation to serve as a co-sponsor. This co-sponsorship entitles ODBA Members to register for the program at a 50% discount ($25 rather than $50).
The symposium provides an easy and convenient source for data and information about diversity in the legal profession, with IILP’s recent symposium in New York heralded as addressing "an old problem with a new approach!" The upcoming symposium in Washington, D.C. is no exception and will be a forum for discussing diversity and inclusion with the latest data, statistics, and perspectives on the issues.
The ODBA thanks Sarah Miller, Program Associate and University of Chicago Public Interest Program Fellow, and the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession for extending this opportunity to the membership of ODBA. For more information, you can reach Ms. Miller at:
