Retirement of Judge Richard Taylor, Richmond Circuit Court

Some judges make more than a career out of their judicial tenure. They make a difference. Judge Richard D. Taylor, Jr. has been making a difference in the lives of the Commonwealth's citizens for over twenty-one years.
